Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or any proof of purchase.

You may request a return either through your customer account (if available) or by contacting us at shop@vintagesteals.de.

Once your return request is approved, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide return labels. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. email to shop@vintagesteals.de) before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
