Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or any proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide return labels. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We also do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, just contact us.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the easiest way is to return your current item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

We will inform you once your return has been received and checked. You’ll then be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
